Common questions we receive from customers:

Q: How long will my order take to ship?

A: The default colored t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies take approx. 3 business days from the date of order to be shipped. Alternate colors may take up to 5 business days before shipment as they are printed to order.

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located in Parkville, MD.

Q: I am local. Can I just come pick up my order?

A: Unfortunately, at this time, we are not allowing pickups. We are a home based business and do not want to make it a habit of allowing customers to come to our place of residence.

Q: If my order doesn't fit, can I exchange it?

A: If you order a shirt that does not fit you can return it for a different size as long as the shirt is still in the same condition we sent it to you in.

Q: I placed an order and never recieved a confirmation.

A: Paypal automatically sends confirmation emails upon checkout. If you did not receive a confirmation you should check your junk mail folder. Every one in a while Paypal emails get caught by spam filters

Q: Where is my tracking number?

A: When your order is shipped, Paypal will automatically send you tracking information including your USPS Priority Mail tracking number.
